We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team at Royal London Group. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for creating test cases using in-depth technical analysis of functional and non-functional specifications.
You will create traceability records, from test cases back to requirements, and produce automated/manual test scripts, materials, and regression test packs to test new and amended software or services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing techniques, including dynamic and static testing, and will be able to interpret and execute complex test scripts using agreed methods and standards.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate who can identify gaps in available information, devise means of resolving them, and bring positive change to our test services practice.
You will need to have a proactive approach, anticipating opportunities for service improvement and taking appropriate action.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, apply appropriate quality standards to all tasks, and be able to work collaboratively with others to achieve a common goal.
You will also need to have experience of using automated test tools and be able to influence when automation adds value.
