Lead C++ Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced C++ Lead Software Engineer to join our R&D product development team in Poole. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing embedded software systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement embedded software systems, leveraging your expertise in C and C++.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to develop and maintain software solutions, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  • Review and analyze technical roadmaps, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain DevOps practices, ensuring efficient and scalable software development processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing embedded software systems.
  • Strong understanding of C and C++ programming languages.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
