Coatings Technician

We are seeking a skilled Coatings Technician to join our team at Arnold Clark in Kilmarnock.

As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results while working safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in painting and coating, as well as strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time position, with 44 hours worked per week and starting from 33 days annual leave, increasing with service.

The salary for this role is up to £42,000 OTE, with additional performance-based bonuses potentially reaching up to £9,000 every three years. You will also receive generous training and career progression opportunities.
