Job Overview

GSL Education is seeking an Academic Support Professional to provide dedicated support to students with unique learning requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement personalized learning plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with learning needs, on a 1:1 or small group basis.
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with students to promote their well-being and engagement.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting student success.
  • Initiative and willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
