We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cover Supervisor to support our network of secondary schools across the country. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our schools, providing high-quality support to students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a class of students aged 11-16, providing a safe and supportive learning environment
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, promoting student learning and achievement
- Monitor and report on student progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of lessons
- Provide administrative support to the school, as required
Requirements:
- CACHE Level 2/3 or 6 months experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff
- Ability to manage behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Flexibility to work across different departments and age ranges
