About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to join our team at Teach360. This role is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators, with a TLR (Teaching and Learning Responsibility) available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay current with curriculum changes and plan lessons in accordance with national guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and teaching assistants to design engaging lessons for all students.
  • Use diverse resources to enhance student exploration of various topics.
  • Employ various teaching methods to foster interaction and motivation.
  • Take responsibility for the academic progress of each pupil, offering support as needed.
  • Assign homework and conduct assessments.
  • Create a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
  • Implement school policies regarding discipline.
