Overview: Our client, a market-leading M&E and Renewables contractor, specialises in electrical systems, heating systems, air source heat pumps, and Solar PV installation and maintenance. With significant growth over the past few years, doubling turnover and headcount, they aim to continue expanding through their 5-year plan.

The company is looking for an expert Technical Surveyor to work within the social housing sector in Devon and surrounding areas. This role involves conducting technical surveys, designing retrofit solutions, and capturing resident information to comply with PAS20:35 standards.

Salary and Package:
£35,000 - £40,000 per year, 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, company van, overtime paid at 1.5x/2x, and a comprehensive pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct technical surveys for residential properties, develop detailed property information, and capture resident details. Liaise with clients and residents to understand their needs and design suitable retrofit solutions. Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.

Requirements:
EPC trained (advantageous), Chartered Architectural Technologist, Architect, or Building Surveyor qualifications are required. A valid UK driving licence and DBS clearance are essential for this role.
