Job Title: Toolroom Bench Hand - Injection Moulding Tool Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Toolroom Bench Hand to join our team at Sierra 57 Consult Ltd. As a Toolroom Bench Hand, you will be responsible for safely maintaining and preparing injection moulding tools to enable products to be manufactured in optimum time with correct dimensions and quality required by the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

* Repair injection moulding tools where required
* Advise when external repairs are necessary
* Carry out insert changes
* Support production to keep tooling operational to meet customer demands

Requirements:

* Experience of working with injection mould tooling
* Competent in completing basic machining tasks using milling machine, lathes and general hand tools
* Basic benching ability to bring injection moulding tools back to production standard when required
* Ability to record and maintain data to achieve manufacturing metrics
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping at all times
