We are seeking a highly skilled Band 6 Nurse to join our Children in Care team at our East Lancashire base in Burnley. As a Band 6 Children in Care Nurse, you will be responsible for the support and care of our Looked After Children aged 0-18 years.
Key responsibilities include completing annual health assessments for Children in Care, being responsible and accountable for their health needs, and informing the wider multi-agency team of any concerns that may arise. You will also work in partnership with local Enhanced Safeguarding Teams, Children's Social Care, Foster Carers, Independent Reviewing Officers, Residential Workers, and Birth Parents to promote the health of CIC and maintain good liaison with other agencies.
This is a permanent, part-time position, and we are looking for a registered nurse or mental health nurse with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
