GSL Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an 'Outstanding' Ofsted-rated school in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students who require additional support and make a real difference in their lives.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students to help them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualised support to students with special educational needs
  • Assisting in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborating with the classroom teacher to deliver effective lessons
  • Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback

Successful applicants will have:

  • Experience working with children in a SEN setting
  • A CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or equivalent, in Childcare or Teaching Assistance
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies

The salary for this role is estimated at £90-£100 per day, based on experience.
