Care Home Manager Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our care home. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the care home while maintaining the well-being of both residents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Uphold high-quality standards and meet regulatory requirements
Foster a positive, supportive environment for all
Deliver exceptional care and continuously strive for improvement
Effectively manage budgets and collaborate with Operations and Finance teams
Lead, recruit, and develop your team to promote staff well-being and development

Requirements:
Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering person-centred care
Proficiency in computer literacy and communication
Genuine interest in promoting active ageing and wellness for residents
Previous experience in a management role within a care setting is highly desirable
