About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our management team and contributing to the smooth execution of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing conveyancing support to the management team, including the preparation and issuance of papers, exchanges, and other associated documentation.
- Assisting lead conveyancers with the exchange of contracts and legal completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Conducting relevant property searches, such as local authority searches, drainage, and water searches, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with property transactions.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conveyancers, and other external parties to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and regulations, as well as experience working with property transactions.
