About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Assistant to join our dynamic catering team in High Wycombe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our corporate colleagues, clients, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and customers, ensuring a positive experience in our food service areas.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in daily food preparation tasks, serving up our mouth-watering menus to our clients and customers.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of food service areas, including the dining area and kitchen facilities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Food Handling and Storage: Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but not essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Team Player: Be a team player, willing to assist in various tasks needed to ensure the smooth operation of our food service areas.
