**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our Arborisk Insurance team. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, handling new business enquiries, mid-term amendments, renewals, and cover queries. You will provide a high level of service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive risk presentations and recommendations

• Service existing clients with cover queries and mid-term changes

• Proactively deal with renewals that require manual intervention

• Capitalize on new business opportunities while consistently meeting client needs

• Negotiate with underwriters, clients, and insurers

• Ensure client needs are identified and met

• Follow an agreed learning plan to encourage personal development and growth

**What We Offer**

• Key Performance Indicators that are quality-led, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service

• OTE compensation £27,500 - £33,000, including a quarterly bonus scheme based on your results

**Requirements**

• Experience working within the insurance industry

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Quality-focused and able to demonstrate a good work ethic

• CII qualifications or Acturis System experience are desirable but not essential
