About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Avenues Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex challenging behaviors in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centered support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores

Support individuals to engage in social activities, connect with family and friends, and participate in community events

Manage finances, maintain a clean and safe living environment, and assist with shopping
