Senior Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Transformation Lead to join our team at AXA XL. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our company-wide transformation towards agile ways of working.

About the Role

The Senior Transformation Lead will be responsible for leading the adoption of agile values, principles, and practices across our entire organization. This will involve working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that our vision and strategy are aligned with our teams' goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of agile roadmaps aligned with business strategy
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Owners to create, refresh, and groom the backlog
  • Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including stand-up, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective
  • Provide guidance and coaching to teams on agile practices and tools
  • Remove impediments to ensure self-organized teams can focus on high-value increments
  • Serve as a mediator and facilitator to resolve conflicts and interpersonal issues within teams and across the organization
  • Embody agile culture and mindset as a passionate 'Change Agent'
  • Actively engage with the agile practice chapter to contribute, keep updated, and deploy AXA XL's best practices

Requirements

  • Well-established experience as a Scrum Master with cross-functional teams, as well as experience in IT Development, Program Management, or other relevant business experience
  • Detailed understanding and practice of agile methodology and mindset
  • Scrum certification preferred, Agile at scale if possible
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, and negotiation
  • Analytical skills to address complex issues and ability to think and communicate at different levels of detail and across different levels of the organization
  • Previous experience in consulting will be an advantage
