**Job Role Overview:**
We seek an accomplished Contracts Manager who can effectively coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This involves identifying potential risks, collaborating with internal teams, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks. Additionally, you will handle negotiations with contractors and suppliers, monitor project finances, and provide regular updates to senior management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets;
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks;
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions;
- Prepare project reports and presentations for senior management;
The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree in construction management or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. They will be an excellent communicator, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
