Junior Joiner

Fortem Solutions is looking for a skilled Tradesperson to join our team in Birmingham. As a Junior Joiner, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the trades industry and develop your skills in carpentry, joinery, and other related areas.

You will be responsible for:

1. Carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks within customers' properties, including carpentry repairs, kitchen renovations, and fencing installations.
2. Completing general joinery tasks, such as cutting and shaping timber for floorboards, doors, skirting boards, and window frames.
3. Undertaking fire door replacements and other joinery tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong foundation in carpentry and joinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and colleagues.

Estimated Salary: £21,500 - £26,000 per annum
