The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE to take on a Head of Department role. As a key leader, you will balance fee-earning on high-quality residential property matters with driving the department's ongoing success. You will be responsible for promoting best practices, assessing client outcomes, and continually seeking ways to enhance the quality of service provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small but high-performing team of Residential Property Solicitors
  • Balance fee-earning with leadership responsibilities
  • Promote best practices and assess client outcomes
  • Engage in business development initiatives
  • Collaborate with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors

Requirements:

  • Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE
  • Comprehensive technical skills and knowledge of residential property matters
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record in business development projects
