Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Contracts Manager to join our team at Commercial Services Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily and weekly scheduling and management of our operational teams' workload, ensuring specific routes and rounds are followed.

You will attend, arrange, and host customer and site meetings, which may include the pricing and supply of quotations for ad-hoc works. You will also be responsible for leading and developing our operational staff, including productivity and morale, wellbeing, and general performance management.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of industry experience, prior experience managing high-value grounds maintenance projects, a clean full UK driving licence, and knowledge of all aspects of grounds maintenance and soft landscaping.

We offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, a company vehicle, life assurance cover, and a culture of progression and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Organising and overseeing the daily and weekly scheduling and management of the operational teams' workload.
  2. Attending, arranging, and hosting customer and site meetings.

Requirements:
