About the Opportunity:
We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Frankie & Benny's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining the highest standards of customer service, and coaching your team to achieve success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
- Conducting regular coaching sessions to improve team performance and achieve targets
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary of £32,000-£37,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Up to 50% discount at all Frankie & Benny's restaurants
