We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Lead Fire Alarm Engineer to join our team, offering a permanent contract with opportunities for career advancement.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in fire alarm systems, commissioning, servicing, and remedial work, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • You will lead a team of fire alarm engineers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, you will develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus uncapped bonus (circa £5,000 per annum).
  • Overtime and call-out allowance, ensuring you earn a potential annual remuneration of circa £50,000.
