Reliability, Maintenance and Engineering Technicians

This apprenticeship program is designed for individuals who want to develop their skills in advanced manufacturing and engineering. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians to apply knowledge and skills across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Job Description: Installation, testing, and commissioning of new automated equipment, fault finding, troubleshooting, and rectification of issues, and planned and preventative maintenance activities
- Required Skills: Good problem-solving abilities, motivation to work independently and as part of a team, and a genuine passion for engineering and technology
- Industry-Recognized Qualifications: Completion of the Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering (Mechatronics Maintenance) is required
The program includes residential training at one of our training provider facilities, followed by day or block release training at a specialist college. You will study for an HNC in Engineering/Mechatronics and gain industry-recognized qualifications.
Salary and Benefits:- Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on location)
