Early Years Leader

Join our team at Ultimate Activity Camps and make a difference in the lives of young children. As an Early Years Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Early Years programme, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our campers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and games for children aged 4-5 years old, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
  • Lead a team of Early Years staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality childcare is delivered at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Camp Manager to ensure all Ofsted requirements are met, and maintain open communication with parents and guardians.
  • Supervise and engage with children outside of activity times, promoting a positive and inclusive camp environment.
  • Ensure the provision of childcare meets the needs of individual children, regardless of their background or stage of development.
Requirements:
  • Educated to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education, with significant experience working with 4- and 5-year-olds.
  • Proven ability to work with children, deliver activities, and adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for working with young children.
  • Good working knowledge of the EYFS and its application in a camp setting.
