Job Title: IT Service Management Growth Manager

Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £115,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Service Management Growth Manager to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with at least 15 years of relevant experience and 3-5 years in a sales management position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with large Jira Service Management customers and prospects to drive revenue growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management.
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of front line managers and Solution Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets for Jira Service Management in the Central European market.
  3. Collaborate with our Partner and Alliances team to develop strategies for expanding Atlassian's JSM partner business.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years in a sales management position.
  2. ITSM/ESM market knowledge: Demonstrated expertise and established connections within the service management industry.
