About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Development Lead to drive our product roadmap and deliver new products and features through the development process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading early requirement discovery and analysis work, breaking down requirements into releases, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

You will work closely with Team Leads, Architects, and UI/UX to ensure high-quality designs are produced. The ideal candidate will attend daily stand-ups, groom their team's backlog, plan sprints, accept completed stories, monitor progress, report status, and manage key release activities including documentation and training.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the hiring process and mentoring/coaching of others as needed.
  • Collaborate with other TPMs, Architects, UI/UX, and Team Leads to drive requirements through the design phase.
  • Identify and coordinate cross-component dependencies throughout the development process.
  • Attend daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and other team meetings with your Agile team(s).
  • Share Scrum Mastering duties with other members of your team.
  • Support Marketing, Sales, Provisioning, Professional Services, Technical Documentation, Training, and Technical Support throughout the release process with training, documentation, announcements, and other release activities.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong requirement management skills (elicitation, analysis, use case modelling, workflow, documentation, etc.).
  • Flexible and practical problem solver, able to work effectively in a growing organization.
  • Experience with a SaaS, messaging, or enterprise software company and/or background in software engineering preferred.
