Job Title: Product Recovery Specialist

CV-Library is seeking a skilled Product Recovery Specialist to join our team in Liverpool, Merseyside. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for recovering, replenishing, and merchandising products in our concession shops. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company and contribute to the success of our retail business.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also have experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry, and be familiar with point-of-sale systems. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recover, replenish, and merchandise products in our concession shops.
  2. Validate carton deliveries from the distribution centre.
  3. Implement and execute the planogram in-line with in-store presentation guidelines.
  4. Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor.
  5. Ensure promotions and sale items are in line with operational requirements.
  6. Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required.
  7. Proactively look for and suggest ways to improve sales performance.
  8. Lead and train partner teams by example, demonstrating good product knowledge.

Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
