Chef Role Overview

We're seeking an ambitious Chef to join our team at Eurest, a market-leading food service company in the UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing and serving delicious, high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers
  2. Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure consistency and quality
  3. Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience
  4. Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
  5. Supporting the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
  6. Representing Eurest and maintaining a positive brand image
  7. Monitoring inventories to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked
  8. Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
  9. Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
Our Ideal Chef Will:
  1. Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  2. Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
  3. Have experience supervising a team and leading by example
  4. Have experience in a similar Chef role and a proven track record of success
  5. Hold a Food Hygiene certificate and be committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
  6. Have a flexible approach to working and be able to adapt to changing circumstances
