Job Title: HR Advisor

Alstom is seeking a dedicated and motivated HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing support and guidance to managers and employees across the organisation on various HR topics.

About the Role

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with a diverse group of skilled professionals within both HR and broader corporate and service functions. Your role will involve advising on local terms and conditions of service and employment legislation, developing a partnership with business managers and supporting the delivery of HR KPIs, and developing and maintaining positive and open employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on various HR topics, including employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain positive and open employee relations, including employee engagement and communication.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Collaborate with business managers to deliver HR KPIs and support business objectives.
  • Provide HR support for recruitment, talent management, and employee development.
  • Manage and maintain HR records and data, including absence management and payroll.
  • Support the HR Business Partner in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. You will have a degree in a relevant field and/or a professional qualification in HR. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
