Job Title: Business Lecturer

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Business Lecturer to join our team at Global Banking School. As a Business Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in various business disciplines, including management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver course materials, fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
  • Guide students through complex business concepts, ensuring all learning outcomes are met.
  • Engage in research activities, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in academic and professional communities.
  • Be flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.
Requirements:
  • Hold qualifications at least to master's level in the relevant subject area (e.g., business, entrepreneurship, strategy, marketing, finance etc.).
  • Good knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Business and Entrepreneurship, Management/Leadership, HRM, Strategy, Project Management, Marketing, Finance.
  • Previous lecturing experience in similar environments.
  • Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback.
