Co-op Childcare is seeking a Food Service Professional to join their team. As a key member of the nursery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our children.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in catering for large numbers and a sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and COSHH requirements. A Food Hygiene level 2 or equivalent certification is also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing dietary requirements and maintaining a high standard of nutritionally balanced food. Excellent listening and communication skills are required to work effectively with colleagues, families, and children.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, depending on location, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Food Hygiene level 2 or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and COSHH requirements
  • Experience in catering for large numbers

  • Sound knowledge of dietary requirements
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
