Electrical Tester Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Tester to join our team at Compliance Group Limited. As an Electrical Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our commercial customers' electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fixed wire testing and complete laptop-based EICR reports for large commercial organisations.
  • Complete emergency light testing and occasional remedial work.
  • Perform thermographic surveys (full training will be provided).
  • Work in accordance with the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (18th Edition training will be provided for the right candidate).

Requirements:

  • C&G 2391 or 2394/95 qualified & C&G 2360, 2330 (or equivalent) Level 3 in Electrical installations.
  • C&G 2382, 18th Edition qualified (18th edition training can be provided) with at least 1 year of testing experience in a similar environment.

What We Offer:

  • A company vehicle, fuel card, and 20 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays.
  • Regular travel within the South UK region.

Working Pattern:

You will enjoy a varied working pattern, with some days being 9am-5pm and others requiring you to complete testing out of hours or at weekends. You will have a positive attitude, a flexible approach to work, and the ability to adapt to clients' needs.
