About You

  • We seek an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team, with a genuine interest in children's mental health, psychology, or education.
  • You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the emotional and social growth of our young people.
  • Successful candidates will have a strong ability to understand and support children who have experienced trauma, and a willingness to grow and develop their skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the emotional and social development of our children, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and education, tailored to the unique needs of each child.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, their families, and other professionals, ensuring effective communication and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and expertise.


Benefits

  • A competitive salary of £28,660.32 to £33,025.20, inclusive of basic salary and 2 sleep-ins per week.
  • 39 or 45 hours per week contracts available, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.
