Estimator Job Description

Enisca is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in developing and refining our estimation process to improve efficiency, clarity, and accuracy while reducing overall costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Enisca team to source information, develop our proposition, and manage the flow of information.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and tender bids from customer documentation, specifications, and other related information and standards.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and analyse bids, tenders, and other associated documentation.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to generate enquiries, obtain, and analyse quotes for tender requirements.
  • Collate detailed price lists and bills of quantities for each project, including calculating and presenting the cost of people, plant, materials, transport, labour, and equipment hire.
  • Provide progress reports on all bid and tender opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A third-level qualification in a related discipline, such as Electrical/Engineering, Construction/Quantity Surveying, or 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
