About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Headteacher to lead our team at Park School. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational vision and strategy of our school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive educational strategy that aligns with the school's mission and values.
  • Lead and manage a team of senior professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
  • Ensure the school's infrastructure and resources are optimized to support student learning and achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote student safety and well-being.
  • Monitor and evaluate the school's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.

Requirements

  • At least three years' experience as a senior leader in an educational setting.
  • Qualified Teacher Status or Equivalent.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management in an educational context.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, students, and parents.
