About the Role

Oryon Imaging is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MRI Radiographer to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and delivering exceptional imaging services.

As a Senior MRI Radiographer, you will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. You will be responsible for conducting MRI procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Conduct MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
  • Maintain and ensure the safe use of imaging equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Degree in Radiography or equivalent
  • HCPC Registration
  • Proven experience in healthcare and patient-focused services
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in MRI covering a wide range of examinations and applications
  • Good knowledge of MRI physics and ability to manipulate sequence parameters
  • Ability to assess and implement specialist imaging procedures
  • Proven awareness of Health and Safety regulations, Infection Control, and Clinical Governance
