This is an exciting opportunity to join the AF Group as a Commercial Director for Crop Inputs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the procurement function across fertiliser portfolios, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and contributing to business plan development and budget forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fertiliser industry, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience operating in a fertiliser procurement environment.
  • You possess strong technical and commercial knowledge of the fertiliser industry.
  • You are a skilled communicator, able to present complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are a natural leader, with experience in managing teams and driving performance improvements.
