Role Overview:

The Engagement Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting adults and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team at Hollybank Trust and contribute to the delivery of a sustainable and adaptable enrichment programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and lead on planned activities that can be delivered to our adults across the week.
  • Create innovative ways for our adults and support staff to interact and engage with new activities.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with our adults, complementing and contributing to their person-centred care plans.
  • Deliver a programme that is regularly evaluated to ensure it remains exciting and individualised for our adults.
  • Evidence adult engagement and involvement through photos, videos, and other methods.
  • Liaise with other professionals, both internally and externally, and with families to maximise the effectiveness of the programme.
