Company Overview:Densell Recruitment is an expanding and successful SME building contractor based in the North East of England. We specialize in insurance reinstatement projects, focusing on residential properties with average repair project values between £10k-£30k.
Salary:The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £43,000 - £45,000 per annum, along with additional benefits.
Job Responsibilities:- Plan and manage residential refurbishment projects following insurance claims.
- Oversee spend and profit budgets for each project.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Allocate and schedule resources, including direct trades and sub-contractors.
- Manage and monitor contract variations to minimize delays and ensure profitability.
- Address any issues arising and manage complaints.
- Maintain Health & Safety regulations.
- A strong background in residential property building/refurbishments.
- Experience in managing medium to high value repairs projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with Symbility or similar software is advantageous but not essential.
- A full UK driving license is required.
- A competitive salary of £43,000 - £45,000 per annum.
