Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 driver to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a leading staffing agency in the Midlands and South Yorkshire, we offer high-quality permanent and temp recruitment services with a unique insight into the local market.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time HGV Class 1 driver position, driving a curtain-sided vehicle for one of the leading haulage companies within the East Midlands. The role involves pallet deliveries and collections to various RDCs nationwide, with between 1 to 5 drops per day. No handball is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a curtain-sided HGV Class 1 vehicle for pallet deliveries and collections
  • Work Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 06:00 and finishing around 18:00
  • Average working hours per week would be 48 hours
  • Meet the requirements of a successful candidate, including minimum 6 months of HGV driving experience, a Valid Digi-Tacho card, a Valid UK CPC Card, and a full UK Driving Licence with C+E entitlement
What We Offer:

As a successful candidate, you can expect a wage of £15.00 per hour PAYE, + 28 days holiday pro rata. Wages can also be up to £18.15 via an umbrella. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship.
