Job Description

This role involves ensuring our immunisation programme complies with CQC guidance, maintaining clinical standards, and supporting management in delivering the programme. You will work closely with clinical staff to ensure they adhere to Vaccination UK policies and standards. Your responsibilities will include addressing safeguarding concerns, attending CQC inspections, conducting annual performance development reviews, and documenting training and support sessions.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits including pension contributions, supermarket discounts, an employee assistant programme, and 25 days annual leave.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Nursing and/or Midwifery qualification
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development
