Electrical Project Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our team at a leading M&E contractor in Birmingham. As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the electrical aspects of new build and installation projects within the education, MOD, and large industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  2. Coordinate with other departments, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality standards.
  3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain high-quality standards.
  4. Provide technical leadership and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience as an Electrical Project Engineer, ideally within the education, MOD, or large industrial sectors.
  2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices in new build projects.
  3. Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing teams and liaising effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
