We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Fire Safety Engineer to join our Fire Safety team at Brandon James. This role offers significant career development opportunities as our team continues to grow.

Your Role

As a Senior/Principal Fire Safety Engineer, you will deliver Fire Safety Engineering services as part of our Fire Safety Engineering Team. We offer our expertise to public and private sector clients in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fire engineering principles in the design of buildings
  • Attend on-site meetings, client meetings, and design team meetings
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to win or deliver projects with a fire safety component
  • Provide technical delivery of fire safety services
  • Conduct design and drawing appraisals to check for fire design compliance with Approved Document B, BS9999, or fire engineering design
  • Offer technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in the use of fire and evacuation modelling software packages or structural fire engineering methods
  • Full, clean driver's licence
