About the RoleAs a Senior Care Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement individual care plans, focusing on the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery
- Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the clinical team
- Conduct regular observations and reviews to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained
- Assist with training and supervision of new staff members
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Lead who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. You will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with a focus on patient-centered care. You must also be able to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues.
