Sikkerrejse is seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our School-Aged Immunisation Service, you will play a crucial role in promoting, delivering, and facilitating various programs directed by management.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience working in a community setting, particularly in schools, and/or with children & young people. You will be responsible for assisting nurses in schools or office, planning, delivering, and evaluating health promotion/education and public health school-age immunisation programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and facilitate collaborative working between team, schools, and other educational institutions and families in the delivery of the immunisation programme.
- Ensure the necessary requirements for storing and transporting immunisations, and the procedures for collecting and delivering vaccinations to the site.
- Identify home-schooled children and those in Pupil Referral Units, maintain databases to ensure records are kept up-to-date, and prepare documents for school visits.
- Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure for School Immunisation (SOPs) and provide first point of contact for all administrative tasks.
