We are seeking an experienced Culinary Artist to join our team in preparing high-quality meals for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations and food preparation, with the ability to supervise kitchen staff and ensure prompt service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and culinary techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety and health regulations.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, prioritizing quality, speed, and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in culinary techniques and meal preparation, with a focus on presentation and flavor.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations, with the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
• Experience working in a restaurant or similar setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
