Job Title: Evening and Weekend Care Assistants

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Evening and Weekend Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Assist clients with their daily routines, including meal preparation, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social interaction.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the care team.

Requirements:

  • Be over the age of 18 and have a valid driver's license.
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle for transportation.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.50 for Monday to Friday, 9-6 pm, and £15.25 for evenings and weekends.
