Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Partner to join Siamo Group Ltd in Conwy. The ideal candidate will provide financial insights and strategic support to drive organisational performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of financial accounting, and the ability to manage financial services effectively. The Finance Partner will work closely with various departments to ensure organisational financial goals are met.
This is a full-time role on a fixed-term contract until September 2025, with hybrid-working options available.
The Role:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Manage financial accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in financial projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication of financial information.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in financial management.

- Proven experience in a similar Financial Management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in managing financial services and providing strategic insights.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
