Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at HelloFresh. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, leading a team of operatives, and ensuring that our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of colleagues to ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
* Foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity, teamwork, and employee engagement
* Schedule and assign tasks to team members, monitoring their performance and providing constructive feedback
* Deal with day-to-day queries from colleagues and liaise with HR and training teams as required
* Maintain accurate records of production, food safety, and health and safety data and analyze this data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Location:

Our production facility is located at 1 Holme Lane, Spondon, Derby, DE21 7HW.

Shift Patterns:

We offer a range of shift patterns, including rotating days and nights, to ensure that our production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
