Hydrock is seeking a skilled Environmental Specialist to join our team in Bristol. As a Geo-environmental Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering geo-environmental and geotechnical services, including site investigations, report writing, and risk assessment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and management of site investigations, including on-site supervision, logging, and sampling.
  • Factual and interpretative report writing and qualitative and quantitative risk assessment.
  • Working as part of integrated project teams of geo-environmental and geotechnical specialists.
  • Liaison with sub-contractors and clients to assist in project delivery.
  • Technical report writing, including Desk Studies and Ground Investigation Reports.

Requirements:

  • BSc, BEng, or higher qualification in a relevant subject (geology, civil engineering, environmental science, etc.).
  • Experience working for a Contractor and/or geotechnical experience is highly desirable.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
